2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note: Processing times may increase slightly during holidays or promotional events due to higher order volumes.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Velaris™ is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once the order reaches your country.

7. Shipping Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing the order.

  • We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Once your parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Velaris™ is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@velarismagazine.shop — we can modify it within 12 hours of purchase (before fulfillment begins).


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  1. Verify your tracking number and check for updates.

  3. We will investigate with the carrier.

If confirmed lost after 45 business days, we will issue a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
